Please contact club members before presenting fish for weighing to ensure they are available.
When you weigh in please ensure the fish is entered on the club weigh in sheet, initial the entry and have it witnessed by the person weighing.

In the event you are unable to contact any of the Weigh Stations then you may fill in one of the Club’s Weigh In Sheets, enter the fish details, initial the entry and have it witnessed by any other Financial Member (Except in the case of a new species or Club Record)
The completed weigh sheet along with a dated photograph on a suitably scaled mat to be supplied to the Weigh Master prior to the close of the relevant monthly fishing competition.
